Introduction to the organization
Forum for Health and Technical Science, the only national and professional organization of directors of organizations that teaches 3-year technical education at the proficiency certificate level operating throughout the states of Nepal after receiving affiliation from Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training (CTEVT) Sanothimi Bhaktapur, central office which was established in 2063/64 B.S.
By conducting proficiency certificates and diploma-level technical education programs throughout Nepal and producing high-level skilled and quality manpower in the country with the basic objective of solving the unemployment problem of the country and maintaining mutual harmony, cooperation, and unity among the established private, non-governmental, and other organizations. This organization is being established and operated as a common platform for solving problems.
In the present situation, the central committee, Samrakshyak and Discipline Committee, the advisory committee, and the Province working committees in different 6 province are active within this organization. Currently, this organization is chaired by Mr. Dr. Netra Raj Chataut.Among the province working committees, the working committees actively represent the directors of technical education who are providing educational institutions in the respective regions in a total of 6 province namely Far West Province, Lumbini Province, Gandaki Province, Bagmati Province, Madesh Province and Koshi Province.
So far, this organization has 150 member technical schools all over Nepal. The member institutions of this organization, which contribute about 33 percent of the country’s total capacity in the field of technical education, are involved in sectors including health, engineering, agriculture and forestry, tourism, and hospitality along with teaching 32 courses within CTEVT.S

Institutional Approach:
Nepalese belong to all classes, communities, regions, gender, religion and culture, including the remote, Himalayan districts, backward classes, Dalit tribes, tribals, low-income, poor communities, victims of trafficking, and single women who are beyond the reach of technical education. This organization has been established with a clear vision to provide first-class technical education to the youth by providing 10 percent scholarships in all programs from their respective colleges and helping them to reach the policy-making of the country.
Private technical schools, which have been providing free technical education to about 1700 people annually, are providing technical education knowledge and skills to their children by taking a fee from the parents who can invest for their sons and daughters.Because of this, our old practice of going abroad for technical education has almost ended. Also, the produced technical manpower has been providing direct and indirect assistance in the control of droughts that occur from time to time in the country, the reconstruction of places damaged by earthquakes, the management of settlements destroyed by fire, etc.Due to this, the Nepali people have felt relief. It is oriented towards building a prosperous Nepal by providing technical education to the children of Nepali people who do not have access to cities and markets.
Achievements:
The private sector, which has been contributing to Nepali society since 2056/057, has invested about 25 billion so far. About 100 private hospitals have been operated. From Mahendranagar in the west to Jhapa in the east, technical education has also been provided in valleys and hilly districts.
In places where the Nepalese government could not be present, technical schools have been opened with private investment. Building a school for those who want to study and a hospital for the sick and making it easily accessible to the people should be considered a great achievement.About 10,000 graduates and 20,000 technicians from various disciplines have directly obtained employment in colleges and hospitals.The number of non-technicians is also around 6 thousand.
Crores of revenue are available to the Nepalese government annually, but it has been stopped to some extent due to the compulsion to go abroad to study and find work. This is a great achievement for the country and the people.
संस्थाको परिचय
प्राविधिक शिक्षा तथा व्यवसायीक तालिम परिषद (CTEVT) सानोठिमी भत्तपुरबाट सम्बन्धन स्वीकृति प्राप्त गरि नेपाल राज्यभर संचालनमा रहेका प्रविणता प्रमाणपत्र तहका ३ वर्षे प्राविधिक शिक्षा अध्यापन गराउने संस्था संचालकहरुको एक मात्र राष्ट्रिय र पेशागत संगठन फोरम फर हेल्थ एण्ड टेक्निकल साइन्स, केन्द्रिय कार्यालयको स्थापन वि.स. २०६३/६४ मा भएको हो ।
नेपाल राज्यभर प्रविणता प्रमाणपत्र, डिप्लोमा तहका प्राविधिक शैक्षिक कार्यक्रमहरु संचालन गरि मुलुकमा उच्च स्तरीय दक्ष तथा गुणस्तरीय जनशक्ति उत्पादन गरि देशको वेरोजगारी समस्याको निरुपण गर्ने र गराउने मुलभुत उदेश्यका साथ स्थापीत निजी, गैरसरकारी एवं अन्य संघ संस्थाहरुको विचमा आपसि सद्भाव, सहयोग र एकता कायम राख्दै सवै संस्थाहरुका समस्याहरुलाई निरुपण गर्नका लागि साझा मञ्चको रुपमा यो संस्था स्थापना र संचालन भइरहेको छ ।
यस संस्था अन्तरगत वर्तमान अवस्थामा केन्द्रिय समिति, संरक्षक तथा अनुशासनसमिति, सल्लाहकार समिति र विभिन्न ६ वटा प्रदेशहरुमा प्रदेश कार्यसमितिहरु क्रियासिल छन । हाल यस संस्थाको अध्यक्षता डा. श्री नेत्र राज चटौतले गरिरहनु भएको छ । प्रदेश कार्यसमितिहरु सुदुरपश्चिम प्रदेश , लुम्बिनि प्रदेश, गण्डकी प्रदेश , बागमती प्रदेश , मदेश प्रदेश र कोशी प्रदेश गरी जम्मा ६ प्रदेश सम्बन्धित प्राविधिक शिक्षा प्रदायक शैक्षिक संस्था संचालकहरुको प्रतिनिधित्व गर्दै कार्यसमितिहरु क्रियाशिल रहेका छन । हालसम्म यस संस्थाको नेपालभर १५० सदस्य प्राविधिक शिक्षालयहरु रहेका छन । देशको कुल क्षमताको करिव ३३ प्रतिशत प्राविधिक शिक्षाको क्षेत्रमा योगदान गरिरहेको यस संस्थाका सदस्य संस्थाहरुले सिटिइभिटि अन्तरगत स्वास्थ्य, इन्जिनियरिङ, कृषि तथा वन, पर्यटन तथा हस्पिटालिटी लगाएतका क्षेत्रहरुका ३२ वटा पाठ्यक्रमहरु अध्यापन गराइरहेका छन ।

यस संस्था अन्तरगत वर्तमान अवस्थामा केन्द्रिय समिति, संरक्षक तथा अनुशासन समिति, सल्लाहकार समिति र विभिन्न ६ वटा प्रदेशहरुमा प्रदेश कार्यसमितिहरु क्रियासिल छन ।हाल यस संस्थाको अध्यक्षता डा. श्री नेत्र राज चटौतले गरिरहनु भएको छ । प्रदेश कार्यसमितिहरु सुदुरपश्चिम प्रदेश , लुम्बिनि प्रदेश, गण्डकी प्रदेश , बागमती प्रदेश , मदेश प्रदेश र कोशी प्रदेश गरी जम्मा ६ प्रदेश सम्बन्धित प्राविधिक शिक्षा प्रदायक शैक्षिक संस्था संचालकहरुको प्रतिनिधित्व गर्दै कार्यसमितिहरु क्रियाशिल रहेका छन साथै हालै भएको केन्द्रिय समितिको निर्णय द्धारा नेपालको राज्य पुनर्सरंचना अनुसार क्षेत्रिय समितिहरुलाई प्रदेशीक कमिटिहरुमा रुपान्तरण गर्ने कार्ययोजना रहेको छ ।
हालसम्म यस संस्थाको नेपालभर १५० सदस्य प्राविधिक शिक्षालयहरु रहेका छन । देशको कुल क्षमताको करिव ३३ प्रतिशत प्राविधिक शिक्षाको क्षेत्रमा योगदान गरिरहेको यस संस्थाका सदस्य संस्थाहरुले सिटिइभिटि अन्तरगत स्वास्थ्य, इन्जिनियरिङ, कृषि तथा वन, पर्यटन तथा हस्पिटालिटी लगाएतका क्षेत्रहरुका ३२ वटा पाठ्यक्रमहरु अध्यापन गराइरहेका छन ।
संस्थाको दृष्टिकोण :
नेपालका दुर्गम, हिमालीजिल्ला, पिछडिएको वर्ग, दलित जनजाती,आदिवासी, हलैया, कमैया,विपन्न समुदाय, द्धन्द्ध पिडित, एकल महिला तगाएत जो प्राविधिक शिक्षाको पहुच भन्दा बाहिर छ र थियो ति सवै वर्ग, समुदाय, क्षेत्र, लिङ्ग, धर्म, संस्कृतीमा रहेका नेपाली यूवाहरुलाई मध्येम वर्गिय प्राविधिक शिक्षा प्रदान गर्न आ–आफ्नो कलेजबाट सवै कार्यक्रमहरुमा १० प्रतिशत छात्रवृत्ति उपलब्ध गराई देशको निती निर्माण सम्म पुर्याउन मद्धत गर्ने स्पष्ट दृष्टिकोणका साथ यो संस्थाको स्थापना भएको हो ।
वार्षिक करिव १७०० जनालाई निशूल्क प्राविधिक शिक्षा दिदै आएका निजि प्राविधिक शिक्षालयहरुले छोरा छोरीका लागी लगानी गर्न सक्ने अविभावकसँग शूल्क लिएर तिनका छोराछोरीलाई प्राविधिक शिक्षाको ज्ञान र सिप प्रदान गरिरहेका छन । जसका कारण प्राविधिक शिक्षा पढ्न विदेश जाने हाम्रो पुरानो परिपाटी करिव अन्त्य भएको छ । साथै उत्पादित प्राविधिक जनशक्तिले देशमा वेला बखत आउने झाडापखलाको प्रकोप नियन्त्रण, भुकम्पले क्षति पुर्याएका स्थानहरुको पुनर्निर्माण, आगोलागीबाट ध्वस्त बस्तिहरुको व्यवस्थापन आदि कार्यमा प्रत्यक्ष र परोक्ष रुपमा सहयोग पर्याउदै आएको छ । जसका कारण नेपाली जनताले राहत महसुस गरेकाछन ।
शहर र बजारसँग पहुँच नपुगेका नेपाली जनताका छोराछोरीलाई प्राविधिक शिक्षा उपलब्ध गराई संवृद्ध नेपाल निर्माण गर्ने तर्फ उन्मुख रहेको छ ।
उपलब्धीहरु :
२०५६/०५७ सालबाट नेपाली समाजमा योगदान गर्दै अाएको निजी क्षेत्रले हालसम्म करिव २५ अरवको लगानी गरिसकेका छन । करिव १०० वटा निजी अस्पताल संचालन गरेका छन । पश्चिमको महेन्द्रनगर देखि पुर्वको झापा सम्म र उपत्यका लगायत पहाडी जिल्लाहरुमा समेत प्राविधिक शिक्षा उपलब्ध गराएको छ ।
नेपाल सरकारको उपस्थिती हुन नसकेका स्थानहरुमा निजी लगानीमा प्रावधिक शिक्षालयहरु खुलेका छन । अध्यायन गर्न चाहानेका लागी स्कुल र विरामीका लागी अस्पताल निर्माण गरी सहजै जनताको पहुँचमा पुर्याउने कार्यलाई ठुलो उपलब्धीका रुपमा लिनु पर्दछ । स्नातक र स्नातकोत्तर गरेका विभिन्न विषयका प्राविधिकहरु करिव दश हजारले प्रत्यक्ष कलेजहरुमा र करिव विस हजार प्राविधिकहरुले अस्पतालहरुमा रोजगारी प्राप्त गरेका छन । उच्च प्राबिधिकहरुको संङ्ख्या पनि करिव ६ हजारको हाराहारीमा छ ।
नेपाल सरकारलाई वार्षीक रुपमा करोडौ राजश्व उपलब्ध हुने गरेको छ भने अध्ययन गर्न र काम खोज्न विदेश जानुपर्ने बाध्यताबाट केही हदमा रोकेकोछ । देश र जनताका लागी यो ठुलो उपलब्धी हो ।
